Pusher SuperMax Cold Air Intake for 2004-2016 Duramax

The Pusher SuperMax Cold Air Intake is designed specifically for trucks running an aftermarket "over the alternator" style cold side charge tube. The factory intake routing follows the stock charge pipe layout, which forces the airflow through wide sweeps and unnecessary turns before reaching the turbo. These larger directional changes create turbulence and reduce overall airflow efficiency.

The SuperMax system re-routes the cold air intake to take the shortest possible path to the turbocharger. By minimizing bends and optimizing the flow path, the system improves airflow efficiency and reduces restriction. The result is quicker turbo spool, improved fuel economy potential, and lower, more stable exhaust gas temperatures under load.

This system includes a high-flow airbox and filter paired with the SuperMax intake tube and turbo inlet tube, all mounted using an isolated rubber bushing to reduce vibration. All required couplers, clamps, hardware, and O-rings are included for installation.
