The Carli XXHD Full Replacement Leaf Spring Kit is engineered specifically for extreme constant-load applications, supporting trucks with a sustained 3,500 lb bed load. Designed primarily for cab-over campers and heavy-duty overland or rescue builds, this system delivers exceptional stability, control, and fully progressive suspension performance under heavy weight. These springs are not intended for unloaded use and require the full constant load to achieve proper ride height and functionality.

Originally developed for a professional off-road race rescue vehicle, this XXHD spring pack transforms your truck’s rear suspension into a high-capacity, travel-friendly system capable of handling serious weight with confidence. Due to the increased spring rate and elevated center of gravity, Carli strongly recommends pairing this kit with 2.5" remote reservoir shocks and custom tuning for optimal ride quality and control.
