The Carli Long Travel Air Bag System is designed to increase load capacity and towing performance on 2023+ Super Duty trucks without sacrificing ride quality. Engineered to work seamlessly with Carli 4.5" systems, this setup provides adjustable support for varying loads while maintaining full suspension travel.

Built for heavy-duty use, these airbags deliver reliable performance for towing large trailers, hauling equipment, or supporting camper setups, all while preserving the smooth ride Carli systems are known for.

Key Features:

• Designed for 4.5" Carli suspension systems

• Fits 4.5" axle tubes (commonly found on 2023+ F-350 DRW 4x4)

• Supports up to 4,000 lbs combined load capacity (2,000 lbs per bag at 100 PSI)

• Compatible with up to 12" of suspension travel

• Operating pressure range of 5–75 PSI

• 100% bolt-on installation for easy DIY setup

• Compatible with onboard air systems or manual fill

Notes:

• Axle diameter must be confirmed prior to ordering

• Designed to work best with Full Progressive Leaf Springs to restore payload capacity

• Can be used with Add-A-Pack setups, but factory bump-stop tang must be removed

• Only compatible with rear lifts that level to a 5.5" front lift

• Recommended rear lift height is approximately 2" for trucks with factory 3" blocks

• Ideal for towing 5th wheels, campers, trailers, and heavy hauling applications
