The Carli Coilover Bypass System is one of the most capable off-road suspension systems available for the 2011–2016 Super Duty platform. Designed to deliver exceptional performance both on-road and off-road, this system combines premium ride quality with extreme terrain capability through advanced shock technology and precision tuning.

At the core of this system are Carli-spec King 2.5" coilovers and multi-tube bypass shocks, offering unmatched control, tunability, and bottom-out resistance. With multiple adjustable zones for compression and rebound, the bypass shocks allow you to fine-tune ride quality and performance to match your driving style and terrain.

• Bypass shocks feature external tubes and may produce audible clicking during operation

• System is fully adjustable for ride comfort or maximum off-road performance

• Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack reduces load capacity by approximately 15% compared to stock F-250

• Off-road focused system; additional upgrades such as radius arms, steering stabilizer, and differential protection are recommended

• Roll cage is recommended for extreme off-road use

• Shocks use plated steel bodies; protective wrapping is recommended in harsh environments

Wheel and Tire Recommendations:

• 17"–18" wheels, no wider than 9"

• Approximately 5" backspacing with Carli radius arms

• 35" tires fit with minimal trimming; 37" tires may require trimming

• Larger tires improve ride compliance when properly inflated
