Carli High Clearance Extended Control Arms

The Carli High Clearance Extended Control Arms are designed for 2003–2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4x4 trucks running 3 inch suspension systems. When the front end of a straight axle Ram is lifted, the axle shifts toward the driver side and rearward. These extended control arms help recenter the axle in its new travel range while providing added tire clearance, strength, and improved suspension movement.

Machined in-house from solid 6061 billet aluminum, these arms offer a clean, high-clearance design with robust construction. Carli’s serviceable spherical bearing joint design allows increased lateral misalignment compared to standard hat-bushing style arms, helping the suspension articulate more freely while reducing bind caused by axle movement.

Notes:

• Designed for 3 inch suspension systems.

• For 37 inch tire fitment, Carli recommends a wheel no wider than 9 inches with 5.75 inches of backspacing.

• An adjustable track bar is also recommended to shift the axle back toward the passenger side after lifting.
