4 Inch Lift Kit | Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2 & GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X (22-24)
Step up the stance and capability of your 2022-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ZR2 or GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X with this BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit. Engineered for these Multimatic DSSV-equipped trucks, it clears up to 35-37" tires while keeping BDS's high-clearance geometry and on-road manners intact.
Front: Top-mounted strut spacers provide the lift, while heavy-duty 1/4" laser-cut steel crossmembers and a multi-piece differential relocation bracket keep front-end geometry correct and add off-road protection. A bolt-together front skid plate system ties into the crossmembers to form a rigid, protected subframe. Steering geometry is corrected at ride height with CNC-machined ductile-iron steering knuckles and new tie rod ends that retain full ESC compatibility.
Rear: A heavy-duty lift block installs in place of the factory block to level the stance while retaining ride quality and load capacity, along with new u-bolts and shock relocation brackets so the factory Multimatic shocks bolt back up without fault codes.
Fitment Notes
- Fits 2022-2024 Silverado 1500 ZR2 and Sierra 1500 AT4X (gas / Multimatic DSSV equipped only).
- Clearance for up to 35-37" tires.
- Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod interference; factory 20" wheels can be reused. Test-fit all aftermarket wheels for brake caliper clearance.
- 2.7L Turbo and 3.0L Duramax applications require the diesel-specific kit for proper skid plate fitment.
